[Snowy] Tomboy 1.2.1, error 401 on POST /oauth/request_token/ .. client/server time updated

I've had this issue in the past, but it was fixed by making sure the time on the client and server were updated.

With this new client (Tomboy 1.2.1), I'm not able to connect to snowy even with time issue resolved.

Any troubleshooting tips?
