[Shotwell] Looks like libgdata-dev missing in build dependencies

Hi!

I've been building shotwell and, when I ran ./configure it was missing libgdata. So I did `sudo apt-get build-dep shotwell`, but It failed again.

I finally installed libgdata-dev and this time it configured and built successfully. Is it missing somewhere in the build deps?

I'm on Ubuntu 16.10.
