[Shotwell] Drag and Drop photos in event view

I am hoping to move a relative over to Ubuntu from XP.  He currently
uses Picasa and the one major feature that seems to missing in
Shotwell is the ability to move thumbnails around on screen when
viewing photos for an event or tag.  Is there any way around this
other than adding pseudo titles and sorting on that?
