In seahorse 3.6, when I click File > New, there's an option to create a
Private Key. It says that it is used to request a certificate.
What does this do, and how would I use it / why would I need it?
This creates a certificate request that can be used to get a certificate
from an enterprise certificate authority, or Web CA.
Usually one sends the request file to the authority (either via their
website or other means) and one gets back a certificate, after they
verify ones identity.
