seahorse-nautilus does not add Decrypt entry in Nautilus contextual menu

Hi,

I'm running a fresh Debian Sid (GNOME 3.4) and i've installed
seahorse-nautilus 3.4 from sources.

Nautilus shows the Encrypt option in its contextual menu but it
doesn't show any Decrypt entry for the gpg file that has just been
created.

I tried seahorse-nautilus 3.6 but i have the same problem.

This bug has been reported by a Fedora user, see Red Hat Bugzilla –
Bug 845855 [1]

The same user says that the entry does exist if seahorse-plugins was
installed before seahorse-nautilus

Have you any advice or shall i fill a bug on GNOME Bugzilla ?
