It appears to me that the epiphany plugin in seahorse-plugins needs a
bit of work in order to get it up to snuff for GTK+ 3.0. Is anyone
interested in doing this work?
In the meantime I've disabled the plugin by default. In the long run, if
it becomes unmaintained, we'll probably need to remove it.
