I'd like to use simpler git tags in seahorse and gnome-keyring. This
helps keep things simpler and reduces typing and verbosity.
Instead of:
GNOME_KEYRING_2_91_0
I'd use:
2.91.0
In these projects:
gnome-keyring
seahorse
seahorse-plugins
seahorse-sharing (soon)
Does this make sense? I don't think there are any draw backs. Lots of
projects are doing this on git.gnome.org (eg: gtk+)
Cheers,
Stef
