Now using GtkEntryBuffer in seahorse

Just a heads up ... I've removed seahorse's own fork of GtkEntry (which
it used to store passwords in non-pageable memory), and replaced it with
GtkEntryBuffer.
Seahorse now depends on 2.18. Let me know if you see anything amiss.
