Hi everyone!
In something that had started as a problem report about Sylpheed,
I've found out is that seahorse-agent doesn't support a GETINFO
query that is new in GnuPG 2.0.12:

As a result, GPGME clients immediately receive a "bad passphrase"
reply and fail to sign/crypt/decrypt.
