I've fixed the bugs, released 2.27.1 and after rebasing on head have
pushed my gtk-doc branch to git.gnome.org. Please feel free to
contribute. I will be working in alphabetical order of .c files so if
someone wanted to start in reverse we wouldn't conflict.
