Three interesting bugs for 2.19/2.20

There are 3 interesting bugs to check (and maybe fix) in 2.19/2.20
timeframe:

      * http://bugs.gnome.org/331515 - No translation for themes in
        command line help (patch available) 
      * http://bugs.gnome.org/449774 - Screensaver activation time
        allowed to be longer then screen sleep delay 
      * http://bugs.gnome.org/442853 - Unlock dialog shows Switch User
        button when /apps/gnome-screensaver/user_switch_enabled is false

Of course are interesting 'cause I've reported them :-)
