BugTracker for SawfishPager added

Hi all,

well, since SawfishPager is the only component without BugTracker, I added to 
mine (which I just thought of would be a good idea for other projects). So in 
theory you could post issues there, too.

Unlike GNOMEs BugZilla it doesn't require you to register.
