Hmm... come to think of it (...) I'll create a branch sawfish-2.90. remove tabs.util from
1.7 and re-commit to 2.90 (...)

After 1.7.1 (I'll push out 1.7.0.1 today) 2.90 becomes HEAD, so that the preparative
tasks can begin (I thought it's better doing 50% RTFM and 50% preparative tasks, then
doing 100% RTFM and afterwards 100% preparative tasks)
