Report of install from git on ubuntu 10.10

FYI, I've installed, but not yet tested, librep, rep-gtk and sawfish
from git on Ubuntu 10.10.  Here are the system packages I needed to
satisfy dependencies on a green field install.  Maybe it streamlines
someone else's build.

  apt-get install automake autoconf libtool libgmp3-dev libgmp3-dev
libgdbm-dev libgdbm-dev libreadline6-dev libreadline6-dev libffi-dev
libffi-dev dpatch texinfo libglib2.0-dev libgtk2.0-dev quilt

This was after a bit of trial and error, so hopefully I didn't miss any.

BTW, 10.10 made some improvements handling keybindings for the default
WM but it is still lacking compared to sawfish.  Thanks for all your
work keeping this great WM going!
