New error in reboot/shutdown/suspend.

Please help us. An error is reported at

Sawfish 1.7.0 reports an error when choosing any of the reboot/shutdown/suspend
menu items. 
Error message: "Unbound variable: poweroff"

This change was done in commit 72386f1 (sorry, by me), but right now
I can't guess the cause.

# What's the difference? If the current code doesn't work, the 
# previous must have failed, too.
