Hmm, actually the results are the same.

"/usr/lib/sawfish/1.6.4/i686-pc-linux-gnu" ==
"${SAWFISH_LIB_DIR}/sawfish/${SAWFISH_VERSION}/${SAWFISH_HOST_TYPE}/"

the variables are coming from sawfish.pc, so it should be save.

same for PAGER_JL_DIR
