[patch] control-l deletion in rep-gtk & so on

Hi. The attached patch removes all control-l from rep-gtk, except
COPYING.

I also guess these fixes in gtk.defs:
* gtk_status_icon_popup_menu -> gtk_status_icon_position_menu
  arguments need fix, too
* gtk_status_icon_get_geometry_interp -> gtk_status_icon_get_geometry
* SCM_CAR & SCM_CDR -> rep_CAR/CDR ?

Gentoo also warns during compilation these implicit declarations, but
I don't know what to do:
* 'scm_is_pair'
* 'sgtk_init_gtk_glib_glue', 'sgtk_init_gtk_gdk_glue',
  'sgtk_init_gdk_pixbuf_glue'
