a command to toggle titlebar

hi,

i wanted to write a command to toggle the focused window's titlebar (and
bind it to a key), i,e., to set the window type to shaped. but after
perusing frames.jl (and the manual) is not entirely clear to me how to
write it (set-frame:shaped doesn't seem to be exported). what would be
the way?
