apt-get install dpkg-dev fakeroot

dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot

If it complains about missing packages, install them, obviously.

The signing part will fail, as you don't have my gpg key. But for
non-repo, personal use that doesn't matter, especially as you built the
package.
