Sawfish gets Enlightened: display-workspace-name

Hi all,

after animated viewport scrolling another Enlightenment feature got into
sawfish :)

display-workspace-name: Display workspace name when entering another one

So a part of this patch
http://sawfish.wikia.com/wiki/Display_worskpace_when_cycling is now
obsolete.
