It's in utf8.patch Changelog entry: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ * man/lang.texi: added utf-8 * src/lispcmds.c: minor fix * src/utf8.c: Copyright and other minor fixes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I've added 'optional.patch' which deletes unused macros in utf8.c. In my opinion, they will never be used for librep / sawfish. Instead, there's a line: // More functions for utf-8 are available in glib-x.y.z/glib/gutf8.c. so expansion is easy.
