sawfish: Window title lost with blank in windowlist menu

If a window title is encoding with a local encoding (except utf-8),
these title
will lost as blank in windowlist menu. See the figure, also with amarok play
a local encoding tag mp3 and kpdf open some pdf files.

I had reported this bug to Debian and it had been closed since that time
I use
a low version and maintainer suggested me to upgrade my sawfish. Actually
I'm using sawfish SVN, they are the same.

A easy way to test this bug is open a cjk encoding website. such as:
