problem building from git: file missing

Hi everybody,

I just did a git update, and then trying to run configure again I got
this error. It looks like lisp/sawfish/ui/Makefile.in is missing.

dmg phosphorus:~/git.w/sawfish$ ./configure -prefix=/usr/local
[...]

config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: creating sawfish.ebuild
config.status: creating sawfish.pc
config.status: creating sawfish.spec
config.status: creating lisp/Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: lisp/sawfish/ui/Makefile.in
