[README] Bug Squashing, DOC/PO-Updates

Hi all,

now where we are in feature freeze I would like to invite *everyone*¹
(also those "I never particapted but wanted to say but don't know if my
opinion is worth it to say it"-peeps!), to do some bug-squashing, there
are enough of those, volounteer documentation and/or translation
updates. You know: Sawfish is a community project.

¹ = well, core-team members are not just invited, they are strongly
encouraged :)
