The web interface to the archive seems to strip any "@" characters at
the front of inserted or deleted lines:

- defun window-maximized-horizontally-p window
-Return @code{t} when @var{window} is horizontally maximized.
+ defun frame-part-movable-p window part
+Return @code{t} if the @var{part} of @var{window} can be moved.

The original email doesn't have that problem.
