Alt-Mouse2 in that window, or any other one, should open you a menu
with window operations and "Close" is one of these. Also if you have
a "panel", and something like a "windows list" applet is running,
then you may get an access to a "Close" operation through something
like that as well; but this depends on particulars of your software
configuration.
