Bug on windows with no title.

Hi,

I've seen this before, but this is the first time I could prove it.

When a window has no title, sawfish has problems with the window
decorations.  I.e. they are not drawn properly.  You get bits of the
decorations on the side at the top.

Sometimes it corrects when the window is resized, if this is possible.
