MonoDevelop window isn't mapped

For some reason sawfish packages for multiple linux distributions
including Ubuntu fail to map the main window for MonoDevelop, this bug
is also reported on window managers such as enlightenment. The relevant
MonoDevelop bug is at http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=60455.
~ Though I'm not specifically why this bug occurs I do know that it the
window fails to make it completely through the map-notify-hook. I also
know that whatever the cause of the problem it appears to be fixed in
current CVS. I'm hoping that any package maintainers for distributions
on which this problem occurs will see this and see fit to release new
packages based on newer CVS.

Thanks,
David Reid
