Is this intermittent, or always? I have seen this problem from time
to time myself. I can work around it by opening a new Firefox window
(with `Control-n') and then closing it. I don't even have to wait for
the home page to load.
I think this is a Firefox problem rather than a Sawfish problem.
Remember that there's only one Firefox process handling all the
windows; it seems like the process is directing changes to the wrong
window.
