[sabayon] Options not showing

The example at:

Page 7 shows a "All Your Settings Are Belong To Us" window in the xnest
session.  I do not see this -- I just get the xnest session.  Is that
an old version of the Lock Down editor?

I also don't see where to customize menus and keep those mandatory.
Should I be able do that as well?
