[sabayon] Why doesn't Sabayon use system Pessulus

Hello all,
Sabayon seems to be using its own tree of Pessulus - is there any
specific reason for it ??

I tried to make it use the system installation of Pessulus - and it
seemed to work quite nicely - patch attached with
