Ahh, I almost forgot, here is another issue for mozilla. At the moment
we're only tracking preferences. But what other things should we be
tracking and applying? Mozilla creates a lot of files in a profile
directory, aside from the preferences how much of this needs to get
tracked and merged?

Aside from javascript preferences at the moment the code will also
recognize the profiles bookmarks file has changed (bookmarks are the
only other thing I think is critical at the moment). But other than
recognizing the bookmarks have changed the current code does nothing
with bookmarks. We don't even read the bookmark file, never mind
reporting the change, merging or applying. All that is work to be done.
