Do not share musique and video folders

Hi,
I'am on ubuntu-gnome 14.10, gnome-shell 3.14.1, and I installed rygel to see my files on my TV.

The problem is that $HOME/Videos and $HOME/Images are shared in addition to those I have already added.

My question is: How to do for do not share this folders ?
