how to verify tracker and gst-Launch function of Rygel

I do not understand the function about Tracker and Gst-Launch plugin
in Rygel  very clear.
Can someone provide the example about verification of these two plugin?
I can test Renderer and mediaexport function.
What is Tracker fucntion?
What purpose of Gst-Launch?
