how to display Chinese audio file name when media export

Dears,
When I enable media export function, there are some mp3 audio files
under the folder that I set to export.
The file name of audio file are chinese.
Does anybody know how to set languuage for export file display?
it is set to glib locale?
or is it necessary to set language for file system?
