rygel can not be found by android phone App

Dears,

I can start rygel, attached is the log when start rygel,
But I can not see render device from Android phone App BubbleUPnP,
the another attached file is the config file of rygel,
Does anyone have idea about this issue?
I can see GstLaunch from Windows 7 media player,
why?
I wan to set rygel as "Render", but it seems rygel play the role as
"Media server"
