This is the wrong directory, depending on how Rygel was built, the
plugins need to go to ${prefix}/lib/rygel-1.0, so /usr/lib/rygel-1.0
or /usr/local/lib/rygel-1.0

That depends on your platform. Its sources seem to be available at
