  If you want thumbnails to work you either need to install
tumbler[1], which rygel can than directly ask to create thumbnails for
videos (as a side-affect of which, this annoying warning will go away)
or you can choose to ignore this warning and just browse the folders
you export using nautilus to generate the thumbnails.
