[Rhythmbox-devel] an idea for plugin

I among many others have wondered about this misterious plugin always
needed but never found
the other day while tinkering around my links I think I found a
possible candidate for this ilusive plugin
the program called prism may in a way be implemented within rhythmbox
to aid in adding these radio stations
that seem to require a needed but never found text/html decoder

Ive tinkered around some don't think i have the knowledge needed but
