[Rhythmbox-devel] releasing 0.13.2 next weekend

I'm going to release Rhythmbox 0.13.2 next weekend. This will probably
be the last release before huge GNOME 3 related changes start landing.
Depending on how that goes, this might be a branch point for a
bugfix-only branch.

that this requires a very new version of totem-pl-parser due to some
recent bug fixes. Please try it out and report any problems you find.
