These songs were added by itunes, not rhythmbox. Rhythmbox does its
best (within the limitations of the iPod database) to keep the
original filename, but it's actually a bad idea, completely opaque
filenames would be safer.

You can drag and drop the ipod songs to the library after selecting
them all, this should do a complete iPod backup.
