Yes, this is provided for by the DAAP protocol. The former is provided in
the form of an HTTP response header (e.g., "HTTP/1.1 200 OK...DMAP-Server:
libdmapsharing1.9.0.10"). The latter is provided in the server-info query
response, which is the first step in the DAAP protocol.
