Ah, btw, it might be that you dont have covers for certain albums, so you need to download them before using that plugin. You can use another plugin I did for that, it's called Cover Art Browser, and you can find it here:
http://airmind.googlepages.com/rhythmboxplugins
Them when you run the other plugin, all the covers you have will be copied.

And if your covers are shuffled when you copy music with Rhythmbox to the iPod, you should file a bug and give more information: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/
