Hi Martin,

Joel's right - if you set it in properties, it works for all mp3
files, if you just right click and select the "open with" menu it will
only do it once.  However, it is strange that RB doesn't play your
file.  Are you launching it from the command line?  If so, I believe
you are right, and it will not take an mp3 file as an argument.
However, the right click -> open with should still work.  Good luck,
