Open a console and enter:
gconftool-2 -t bool -s /desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels true
Go to your rhythmbox window, click on the "Edit" menu entry, hover your
mouse over the "Add to playqueue" entry (or whatever it's called in
English) and press the key shortcut you would like to use, e.g. ctrl++.
(You can change/create new keyboard shortcuts for other gtk applications
in the same way.)
Don't forget to enter:
gconftool-2 -t bool -s /desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels false
in a console after you're done, this will prevent you from accidentally
changing other shortcuts.

Chris
