[Rhythmbox-devel] problem with "report error"

Hello,

I tested the programme rhythbox:

I chose the entry help in the main menu the i took "report error" (I
have the german translation of rhythmbox). After the automatical search
after errors my browser was opened. 
But the address was wrong:
file:///home/user/"https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+filebug/code?";
I tried it removing certain signs and then the browser could open that
address:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+filebug/code?
