...Oh, over three years old.  :(  That is the same issue, though.

I think an m3u format may be preferable to splitting the rhythmdb.xml file, for compatibility with other applications.  I'm thinking of the type of function available in the old xmms, where you click List > Save List, and choose the format you prefer.

Is it kosher to "second" a bugzilla post?  Like, "me too!"  ;)  (but with some more info like that mentioned above)?
