Yes.
1. Move your music back to the original place (i.e. home/RBlibrary),
2. Start up rhythmbx again and notice your ratings and play times
return.
3. Delete all the files in the rhythmbox section 'missing files'
4. Quit rhythmbox
5. Manually edit ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/rhythmdb.xml
and change the locations of the entries with home/RBlibrary to
Places/Music.
6. Move your music to Places/Music
7. Startup rhythmbox
