Ouch.  Sorry about that; I'll have to be careful when creating icons in
future.  To forestall any licensing concerns over the resulting image, I
hereby give permission for Jakub's version to be distributed under the
GPL.

(n.b. I wrote the original 'missing album art image' that used a
CC-BY-SA image.)
