Part of the problem, as James Livingston notes in that link above, is
that compiling a list of shoutcast streams from their list of streams
violates their Terms of Service:

 "Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Directory or
 other use of such data and other content, directly or indirectly, to
 create or compile a collection, database or directory without written
 permission from Nullsoft is prohibited."
